By placing an order with Saphix Customs ("we", "us"), opening a ticket, or using our Discord bot or website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Prices listed on our website are ceilings — the maximum you'll pay for a given package. Your actual price is confirmed with staff in your ticket before work begins and will never exceed the listed ceiling for standard scope. Custom or expanded scope may be quoted separately and will always be agreed to before work starts.

Payment is due upfront once scope and price are agreed, unless a milestone payment plan has been arranged for a larger project. Accepted payment methods are confirmed in your ticket at the time of quoting, as available options can vary.

Delivery times listed on our Pricing and Services pages are realistic estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery can vary based on scope, revisions requested, and current workload. We'll keep you updated in your ticket if a delivery is going to run later than estimated.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as listed on the Pricing page. Additional revisions beyond that are available as a paid add-on.

You may cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are handled case-by-case based on how much of the project has been completed — partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, but completed work is generally non-refundable. Contact us in your ticket to request a cancellation.

Once a project is paid in full and delivered, you own the delivered work (code, designs, assets) unless otherwise agreed. We may showcase completed work in our Portfolio unless you ask us not to.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, in line with Discord's own minimum age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should have a parent or guardian's permission before making any payment.

We reserve the right to decline a project that falls outside our capabilities, our Rules, or Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work, including bots, websites, or designs, beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
