Do I pay before or after?

How many revisions are included?
Small packages include limited minor revisions. The exact revision limit is shown on pricing cards or confirmed before work starts.
Can I request rush delivery?
Yes. Rush delivery may be available for an extra fee when the scope is small enough and the team has room.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are reviewed based on project stage, work already completed, files delivered, and the agreed scope.
Can I request a custom package?
Yes. Standard listed packages stay under $20, but work outside those package limits can be handled through a custom quote.
Do you provide source files?
Source files or handoff assets depend on the service type and what was agreed before work begins.
Do you work with Roblox groups?
Yes. Saphix can help with basic Roblox-related tasks, UI, group/game support, small fixes, and scoped studio assistance.
Do you only work with Discord servers?
No. Discord is a core focus, but Saphix also supports websites, graphics, branding, Roblox, and monthly support.
Can you manage my server monthly?
Yes. Monthly management packages are available from $3/month to $19/month within listed limits.
What happens if I am not satisfied?
Tell the team clearly what does not match the agreed scope. Saphix will review whether a minor revision or another next step is appropriate.
How long does delivery usually take?
Small tasks can move quickly, while larger scoped work depends on details, access, assets, and response time.
Are prices really under $20?
Yes. Listed one-time packages stay below $20. Custom quotes only apply when work goes beyond the package scope.
Do you support monthly work?
Yes. Management and support plans start at $3/month and go up to $19/month for listed support packages.
Can Saphix build a full Discord server?

Do you make websites?
Yes. Saphix builds small responsive websites, landing pages, service sites, bot pages, SEO setup, and page fixes.
