Payment is due upfront once you've agreed on scope and price in your ticket. For larger projects, we can split payment into milestones — ask your assigned staff member when you open a ticket.
Delivery time depends on the service and current workload — each package lists a realistic day range on the Pricing page. Complex custom work (large bots, full websites) takes longer than small fixes.

We run two tiers. Standard Partnership is open to any server size — your server advertises Saphix Customs and gets listed in return. Elite Partnership (servers with 3,000+ members) adds 10% off all services for your members and paid staff roles for your team. Details and sign-up are through a ticket in Discord.
You can cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are handled case-by-case depending on how much has been delivered — see our Terms page for the full policy.
