Saphix confirms scope, package limits, pricing, payment timing, and delivery expectations before build work begins.
Minor revisions are limited by the selected package. New features, major direction changes, or unclear original requirements may need a new quote.
Delivery depends on scope, access, client response time, assets, and staff availability. Rush work is only accepted when the schedule allows it.
Refunds are reviewed based on payment provider rules, project stage, completed work, delivered files, and the agreed scope.
